Olson Rewards Senate Supporter
SACRAMENTO, June 24. (UP)—State Senator Harry C. Westover, D., Santa Ana, one of the strong administration supporters in the upper legislative house, today held an appointment as Orange county superior judge.
Westover will be required to resign from the senate to accept the judgeship and a special election will be necessary to choose his successor. He served during the last two sessions of the legislature and handled Gov. Culbert Olson's floor battle on relief at the session just past.
