BAYONNE, November 10

All the letters from Spain for France having been stopped at Irun, we receive no more news from Madrid. We have in consequence nothing to fix our opinion upon the conspiracy, but the contradictory reports of some travellers, who have informed us that the duke D'Infantado, being at Vittoria when the guard went to arrest him in his hotel in Madrid, hastened to return to that capital, where he delivered himself up to justice. Don Amarillas, ex-viceroy of Pampeluna, and Don Arriaga, governor of Bilboa, are among the persons arrested.
