He afterward fell again on his Uncle, and cut him across the Nose, Cheek, and Throat, but happily miss'd the Wind-Pipe, and left him for dead; after which, he came to the Window and flung out several Bank Notes to the Value of £400. and cry'd out Murder, and then cut his own Throat and died immediately.
This young Gentleman, 'tis said, has been delirious for Two Months past; and 'tis thought the Uncle will not survive.
The Jury will sit on them this Day.
