ROSELLE, N.Y. - Schoolboys should dress properly for an occasion and school is an occasion was the recent ruling of Albert S. Peling, principal of the Abraham Clark school here.
He told the parent-teacher association that clothes may make the man but all types of clothing are not becoming to school boys.
He called upon parents to see that their sons were dressed properly. "T"-shirts and dungarees are all right for a job, he opined, but they are not appropriate for school attire. He made no criticism of the apparel of the girl students.
