Decedent's Estates.—In the Supreme Court of Connecticut there has recently been decided a curious case. A man and his wife having been killed by a railroad accident, the heirs of each brought suit and recovered $4,000 in each case. The money obtained for the death of the wife went to her heirs, and the question before the Supreme Court was whether the $4,000 recovered by the death of the man should go to his or his wife's heirs. She having survived a few hours, the Court decided that the wife's heirs should have the money.
