1. Six of the Indians, who murdered the whites last spring, shall be put to death.
2. All negroes, horses, cattle, &c. taken by the Indians, shall be restored, as shall all prisoners.
3. No white person shall settle on the Indians' hunting grounds.
4. The punishment of innocent persons as a retaliation, shall be forbidden on both sides.
5 & 6. Criminals of either party, offending against the other, shall be punished by the party to which they belong.
7. Creeks to give notice of the hostile intentions of any other tribes.
8. Whites now within the Indian boundary, to be at liberty, and conducted into the settled part of the state, when they require it.
9. Indian trade to be carried on as heretofore. Debts due by the Indians to whites to be fairly paid.
10. That the present temporary line to be fixed agreeably to the treaty at Augusta, Nov. 1, 1783, and at Galphinton, Nov. 12, 1785.
11. After the lines shall be duly marked, neither white nor Indians shall pass them without licence.
12. Five hostages are given by the Indians to secure the due performance of the articles.
In consequence of the above mentioned treaty, an order was passed by the Supreme Executive Council of Georgia, on the 10th day of November, to discharge all posts, guards and spies of every description.
