The Pirate Sloop.

New York, February 12.-Justice Baruch, in Rye, this morning, adjourned until tomorrow the hearing of Dennis Ahearn, one of several men who were captured yesterday afternoon when he went ashore from the sloop Sarah, popularly known on Long Island sound as the pirate sloop. Ahearn has made a full confession to Justice Baruch. He says there were nine men in the gang of robbers. They were banded together for the sole purpose of robbery. J. Fitch of Port Morris, was captain. The sloop Sarah hails from Port Jefferson, L. I. Ahearn also told Justice Baruch the names of the other members of the gang, but the justice refused to divulge them at present.
