Vallée Time Is Dime March Time
At Coming Ball
"My time is your time," a familiar theme to millions of people the world over, will echo from the Patio of the Casa Marina Hotel on Friday evening February 1st. The occasion will be the President's Birthday Ball, sponsored by the Jaycees, featuring as their guest star America's most celebrated singer-personality Rudy Vallee one of the all-time greats of show business, in person.
Vallée will headline the all star show for the Ball and will be ably assisted by Miss Shirley Ward, singer-accordionist.
The Dancing Machine's Key West Rumba exponents, Rex and Betty Powers, Skating Team, and Dutch Shulenberg comedian.
The Jaycees have planned an evening of wonderful entertainment for all those who attend. Excellent dancing will be enjoyed to the music of Bob McGrew and his orchestra.
This affair is held annually in Key West and is sponsored each time by the Key West Junior Chamber of Commerce. These young men of our community are going all out again this year to make this the show of shows and hope that you will lend your support to such a worthy cause as "The March of Dimes."
