According to our Letters from Vienna, the Emperor held lately a Council of War, and resolv'd upon declaring War against the Ottoman Empire, in concert with the Czarina. His Imperial Majesty has accordingly sent Orders to his Minister to return from Constantinople, and has demanded of the Pope a Bull to enable him to levy the Tenth of all the Ecclesiastical Estates in the Hereditary Countries, towards the Expence of the said War. Vast Preparations are making in Hungary, and the March of the Troops and Artillery thither is hasten'd.
