The Senate have concurred in the following nominations:

Rufus King, to be Minister Plenipotentiary of the United States at the Court of London.

David Humphreys, to be Minister Plenipotentiary of the United States at the Court of Spain, and Harrison Gray Otis, of Massachusetts, to be Attorney of the United States for that District.

We are informed that the Senate have concurred in the nomination by the President of the United States, of Matthew Clarkson, of Pennsylvania to be commissioner on the part of the United States under the article of the Spanish treaty relative to spoliations.
