JOHANNESBURG, So. Africa- (ANP)-It was learned this week that the Minister of finance has at last presented his new War Pensions bill, considered the most important measure of the present government session.

Under terms of the War Pensions bill, as submitted to parliament by the minister of finance, an African volunteer who suffers 100 per cent disablement will be eligible for a pension of 50 pounds (nominally $250) per year; this, plus 9 pounds (about $45) for his wife, per year (or for each wife in the event of his having more than one), and 6 pounds (about $30), for each of his children.
