OFFICERS ARE GATHERING IN I. W. W. MEN

Have Fifty-two Arrested and Are After Others in Seattle; May Appeal to Wilson.

SEATTLE, Feb. 15.--Fifty-two of the I. W. W. members are now being held by the authorities. Seven of these are charged with criminal anarchy in connection with the recent strike.

Eight others are wanted on similar charges, the warrants remaining unserved.

Ten of the rank and file have been released.

A movement is reported to be on among the shipyard strikers to make an appeal direct to President Wilson.

OTHER ARRESTS EXPECTED

SEATTLE, Feb. 15.--Seven are now in jail here charged with criminal anarchy in connection with an alleged revolutionary plot through a general strike, aimed at State and Federal Governmental control.

Other arrests are expected hourly.

Eleven I. W. W. members were arrested in a police raid made yesterday.
