Who arrives at the Naval Base from the Naval Air Station at Quonset Point full honors will be rendered in his honor. A seventeen gun salute will be fired. A boatswain's mate will pipe the Assistant Secretary on board and eight sideboys will attend. An honor guard of Marines will be paraded. The band will provide music including "Ruffles and Flourishes" and 32 bar medley of "Stars and Stripes Forever".

Among the flag officers who are expected to join ADM Wakin in discussions with the committee are VADM B. I. Austin, VADM W. G. Cooper, VADM J. T. Hayward, RADM H. A. Yeager, RADM J. Thach, RADM (E.) Weakley, RADM Horatio Riy-co, RADM F. R. Daspit, RADM J. B. Colwell, RADM J. D. Coates, RADM K. S. Masterson, RADM A. M. Morgan, RADM W. D. Irvin and RADM Rawson Bennett.

Other high ranking officers and scientists of the Navy will also be present.

Assistant Secretary of the Navy the Honorable Richard Jackson was present at the ceremony accompanied by Mrs. Jackson and RADM Henry Crommelin commander Newport Naval Base and Mrs. Crommelin. CDR Jesse H. Radcliffe Commanding Officer of the Newport Naval Communications Station will also be present with Mrs. Radcliffe.

It may be broadly said too that we can achieve almost any thing if we set our mind to it and if we start working at it early enough which always means now. Our horizons are of our own making.
