Tanner Chapel AME

"The Sin of Ingratitude" was the subject of Rev. C. K. Hayes' sermon, last Sunday, at the morning worship. The Rev. Helen Thomas and presiding Elder Rev. T. J. Townsend were present.

The evening service was conducted by the Missionary Society with Mrs. Rosalee Magee as chairman.

Their guest speaker was the Rev. Lillian Washington, assistant minister, of Wesley Methodist Church who spoke on the seven great missionaries.

The Society which will meet on December 3, with Mrs. Magee, and other auxiliaries of the church, are making plans for festive activities during the Christmas holidays.
