Full Text

WARREN HILL—Mr. Sunderland has been lecturing to large audiences, for the last two weeks, and his lectures have increased in interest every night, and we dare say they would continue so to do if this gentleman should remain with us for three months to come. Last evening he had nearly thirty persons entranced, and one of the number (a young lady) he caused to perform on the piano and sing a number of beautiful songs. She will be present this evening, and interest the audience with Somnambulic songs. She is an excellent vocalist, and it is a great curiosity to see her execute upon a piano forte while in the trance.
