William S. Brown, who recently negotiated for the purchase of the property, closed the deal and took possession of the Attawaugan hotel here Tuesday.

When interviewed Tuesday morning Mr. Brown said that he will make no changes in the hotel at present. What he may do in the future depends entirely upon developments of the next few months. If these developments are such as Mr. Brown hopes they may be. Danielson will be given a first class hotel.

Mr. Brown has some sketches of such a hotel as he would like to have on the site. but he will make no use of them until time develops just what it is best to do with the property.

Mr. Brown is not new to the hotel business in Danielson. He was owner and landlord of the Attawaugan hotel for a number of years prior to selling it to S. Cady Hitchins and prior to the management of the hotel by the late Stephen D. Horton.
