New York, Nov. 27.—The Republican campaign orators to-day formed the "Republican Spell-Binders' Association," and elected Chauncey M. Depew president, and Col. E. F. Shepard, Mrs. J. Ellen Foster, Charles Emory Smith, A. W. Tenny, Congressman McKinley, J. C. Burrows and others vice-presidents. An executive committee of twenty were appointed, among whom are Anson G. McCook, H. K. Thurber and John W. Jacobus. Wm. B. Barker was chosen secretary; C. F. Johnston, corresponding secretary; E. F. McCassidy, financial secretary; Elmer D. Elwell, treasurer. The meeting adjourned subject to the call of the chairman.
