Let them look to Congress for an example on a like occasion. Mr. M'Duffie presented the other day a report in favor of the U. S. Bank. Mr. Alexander presented a minority report against the Bank. Did the House, because they are in favor of the U. S. Bank, treat the minority report with contempt? No: they ordered 5000 copies of it to be published and accompany the 5000 copies of the other report.—Boston Advocate.
