CAN NOT RUN ALL.

In Chicago Judge Hanecy (his name was Hennessy before he was a Judge) has brought about a crisis by defying and seeking to resist the judgment of the Superior Court, reversing his decision. Armed force was threatened and a conflict imminent, when the Superior Judge, having possession and control of everything involved, ordered a postponement of carrying out his order. Being a Judge, Hanecy can not be sent to jail for contempt, but it seems he will be thwarted and defeated in what the Superior Judge condemns as "anarchy." This is the second time Hanecy has sought to run all the courts in Chicago, and does not seem the least discouraged by the ridiculous failure of the first attempt. But there is no limit to the vanity that makes one ashamed of the name of his father.
