TAKE PRISONERS TO PHOENIX

PHOENIX, Jan. 30.-Deputy Marshal F. A. Wage will leave tomorrow for Tucson with three prisoners who have been indicted and who have agreed to plead guilty. They will be brought before Judge Sawtelle at Tucson. Two of the prisoners are Drummi Mitoff and Clair Kozer, brought from the jail at Prescott, the former indicted on the charge of selling liquor to Indians and the latter accused of a violation of the Mann act. The third prisoner is Joseph Delgado, otherwise known as "One-eyed Joseph."
