Full Text

One of undertaker Perkins' teams ran away briefly yesterday afternoon. The horses ran about one square, but in that short distance managed to damage the carriage to which they were attached to a considerable extent, besides demolishing a meat wagon. They were being driven about for exercise, but the driver didn't handle the ribbons properly, hence the runaway. This team has furnished us items of the kind on former occasions, but Perkins has declared his intention to use it no more in his line of public carriages, and offers it for sale.
