Full Text
It is worthy of remark, that the Ex Junto find fault with every transaction of the Federal Government: if a man declines a public office, then the President is abused, and if he accepts, then the person nominated is calumniated for officiating in his office! The fact is, that the Junto will never be easy till they can monopolize all emoluments, and will ever find fault when an appointment takes place, which in some measure checks their arrogance.
The barking of a few hirelings, who have neither property nor character, will be treated with that contempt their impertinence merits. Chron.
