Mohave County Miner

T. D. Morris of the Headquarters saloon in this city, has bonded his gold mines in the Clark district, of which he owns a group of nine claims, to Judge C. E. Moorman of Solomonville, and John Brock, a prominent mining man of El Paso. The bond was given March 9th and by its terms Mr. Morris is to receive 75,000 $ for the property, the first payment of 10,000 $ to be made in thirty days from the time of the agreement. The deferred payments are to be three of 15,000 $ each at intervals of four months and the final payment in six months thereafter. Mr. Brock is expected here this week to go out to the mines. All the claims have made a good showing of gold rock and well defined veins. The greatest amount of development work has been done on the Gold Chord claim, though a great deal of work has been done on some of the other claims.-Solomonville Bulletin.
