150 CRIMINAL CASES ON FEDERAL COURT DOCKET
Narcotic Charges Form Basis of Many Informations Booked Nine White Slave Cases

Approximately 150 criminal cases appear on the docket of the regular term of federal court. No civil cases appear on the docket for this term, owing to the unusually heavy criminal docket.

Of the large number of cases, virtually two thirds are liquor and narcotic charges, Peck says. Several Oklahoma City people are included in the list, among them P. N. Hower, charged with violation of the Reed amendment. Herman Priytrsee charged with violation of the prohibitory laws, and John and Lena Cogle, charged with possession of narcotics. There
