Full Text

The Republican Convention which assembled at Pittsburg on the 22d passed off with great harmony and good feeling. We have not seen a copy of the proceedings, but presume there was not much done, as the meeting was only called for the purpose of consulting as to the best method of effecting a National organization. We do not know what course was recommended. If anything of importance has been done, we will endeavor to post our readers in our next.

The Northern and Western States were pretty fully represented as well as Kentucky and Maryland.
