May 18. Letters which arrived yesterday from Paris bring the most authentick Accounts of the Spaniards still continuing to arm most vigorously, as they have most undoubted Intelligence that the Emperor is marching a very powerful Army into the Kingdom of Naples, to counteract which Army the Spaniards are now actually embarking Twenty Thousand Land Forces for the Protection of the Kingdom of Naples. The same Letters positively assure, that the King of England has actually engaged to send a powerful Fleet into the Archipelago to assist the Russians, in Consequence of which timely Aid the Subjects of Great Britain are to be permitted the Navigation of the Baltick Duty free.
