Superintendent Nichol's Suggestion Taken Up by Alumni at Durham, N. C.

RALEIGH, N. C., Jan. 26.--Durham, N. C., today took the lead, at the suggestion of Superintendent L. W. Nichols, of the V. M. I., of Richmond, in the organization of a Statewide association of the former students of that school in North Carolina. The alumni meeting at Durham was attended by a large number of the older alumni of this State from other counties and cities. Colonel Benehan Cameron has been made president of the State organization and secretary of the Durham organization. A. B. Johnson, of Durham, is secretary of the association.
