DUBOIS-HEITFELD WIN.

DENVER, Colo., July 6. The subcommittee this afternoon dismissed McCarren's contest, as he presented no evidence to show the invalidity of the credentials of the opposition.

The subcommittee heard the evidence in the Idaho contests and decided in favor of the Dubois-Heitfeld faction.

The Sullivan delegates from Illinois were seated on the temporary roll of the convention by the national committee.

The national committee decided the contest in the Nineteenth Ohio district in favor of the Rockwell faction, the delegates favored by Tom Johnson.
