POLICE REPORT.--The following is the report made by the police officers to the Mayor this morning:

Saturday night was clear and very cold; three prisoners and three lodgers at the station house.
George Hall, arrested by Officer Franks for indecent conduct.
Mary White, arrested by Capt. Webster, charged with disorderly conduct.
George Foard arrested by officer Bettis, charged with interfering with the officers in the discharge of their duty.
Sunday night a young man arrested by officer Arnold charged with being drunk and disorderly.
Joseph Taylor, arrested by Officers Smith and Simpson, charged with insanity.
This morning the Mayor fined Hall and Foard $5 each or thirty days on the chain gang; the young man $2.50, turned Joseph Taylor over to his parents, and fined Mary White $5.
