The Emperor of Germany, the Empress of Russia, and the King of Poland, seem to have something in their heads more than a mere pleasure journey or a coronation parade. The Empress has been very polite to the Grand Monarch, in finishing his commercial treaty before her departure. Not so complaisant to us! We are, it seems, to be served last, and we fear worst.
