Norfolk, March 28.

The ship Friendship, Capt. Atkins, was boarded within the Capes of the Chesapeake, and within the Middle Ground Shoal, on Friday last, by a boat from the Thetis frigate--and one of his seamen pressed into his Majesty's service in our Territory? This man had been a citizen (duly naturalized) of America for these 10 years past. Foreigners or lately made citizens, beware, for if the conduct of this Majesty's Captain, is justifiable, your oath of allegiance to America will not protect you from impressment even in your beds, for the man has already proved himself, in his last visit capable of the attempt. A country that suffers such insults will forever be insulted.

Capt. Atkins, attests to the above as a truth.
