Court met yesterday at 9:30 a.m. with his honor, Judge Strother, on the bench, and the following cases were disposed of:

Mason-Hamlin Organ company vs. L. A. Alexander, appeal; case taken up and W. W. S. Sodd withdraws from the case as attorney for defendant; defendant failing to appear, cause submitted to the court, heard and finding judgment for plaintiff for $148.

James P. Leak vs. Ed. E. McClelland et al., note: stipulations filed and cause dismissed accordingly.

Gerd Ficken vs. Henry Manke, note; dismissed by plaintiff with leave to withdraw note, leaving copy.

H. D. Stringer vs. Margaret C. Wilson, administratrix of Brooks Wilson deceased, appeal. Taken up and submitted to the court. Jury waived, finding judgment for plaintiff for $75.

City of Sedalia vs. W. S. Barlow, enforcement of lien. Dismissed by plaintiff.

John Coles & Co. vs. Mary A. Thomas et al., attachment. Motion to dissolve attachment taken up and heard, court took time to consider.

A. J. Hall et al., vs. Geo. H. Boheidenberger, notes; cause taken up for trial before the court, heard and finding for plaintiff for $2,480 and 8 per cent. interest, decree vesting title of plaintiffs in defendant's one-fourth interest in the property and enforcing vendor's lien against it for said amount.

Jno. J. Lowery vs. T. B. Scott, appeal. Motion to affirm judgment heard and sustained; judgment for $9.60 against principal and surety on appeal of E. F. Scott.

A. J. Hall et al. vs. George H. Boheidenberger et al., notes; cause taken up for trial before the court; heard and finding for plaintiff; decree vesting title to three-fourths interest in the real estate described in defendant George H. Schneiderberger and liens of his father and enforcing vendor's lien against said property for balance due of $8,400 with 8 per cent. interest.

S. W. & S. Ry. Co. vs. Mo. Pac. Ry. Co.; garnishee of S. L. Higbley man. Garnishee dismissed at plaintiff's cost.

Z. McFarland et al., ex parte petition. Heard & Hoffman allowed fee of $100.
