PRESIDENT KELLOGG.
Will Pass Through Honolulu by the
Doric Next Saturday.
President Kellogg, lately at the head
of the University of California, writes
Inspector General Townsend that he is
about to start on a tour around the
world. He leaves San Francisco, September 2d by the Doric and will arrive
here September 9th. He will only be in
Honolulu a few hours. It has been suggested that it would be a pleasing courtesy if the University of California men
living here could arrange some sort of
reception for him.
