In the Board of Commissioners of Health,

Boston, 6 o'clock P. M. Sept. 21.

This Board report one case Malignant Cholera has occurred and terminated fatally since the last report, which was issued on the 18th inst. John Vincent, aged 80, admitted into the Northern Hospital from Creek Square, died in that Hospital at a quarter-past 11 o'clock last evening. No other case of the Cholera has been reported to this Board, or is now known to exist in the city.
