From Frankfort, October 28: French preparations at Luneville fail to prompt Austrian allies (England, Naples, Sardinia, Bavarian elector) to negotiate peace. Austrian levies, French reserve army at Dijon, and Prussian 12,000-man corps marching to Anspach and Bayreuth signal continued war.

Full Text
Notwithstanding the preparations which the French made at Luneville none of the allies of Austria, such as England, Naples, the king of Sardinia, the princes of the empire, and particularly the elector of Bavaria appear ready to concur in any negotiations. The levies which are made in Austria, and the third army of reserve at Dijon, with many other appearances, are against peace.
A German Gazette mentions a Prussian corps of 12,000 men on their march for Anspach and Bayreuth.
