Graf Zeppelin
Well On Its Way

Has Successfully Passed Point of Former Difficulties.

PARIS, Aug. 1.(AP)-Pushing slowly against a strong wind down the valley of the Rhone, the trans-Atlantic Graf Zeppelin this afternoon was well down towards the Mediterranean after having successfully passed the scenes of her losing struggle in the unsuccessful voyage last May.

The dirigible, carrying seven Americans among the 18 passengers, passed over the difficult mountainous regions and is reported over south regions.

A stowaway was reported seen climbing aboard the ship at the start from Germany but there has been no confirmation of this from the Graf Zeppelin.

Craft Sighted at Sea

PARIS, Aug. 1.(AP)-The steamship Dalney reported sighting the Graf Zeppelin at 3:00 o'clock this afternoon over the Mediterranean between Marseilles and the Balearic Islands.
