VANZETTI'S ASHES MOVING

CAEN, France, Oct. 5 (AP) - The special car containing the ashes of Bartolomeo Vanzetti, executed in Boston was detached from the regular Cherbourg to Paris express here and diverted to Modane on the Italian frontier by way of Lyons in order that it should not pass through Paris. The journey was without incident.

Luigia Vanzetti, sister of Bartolomeo who brought the ashes from America, arrived in Paris by automobile this afternoon and is staying at the home of friends in the suburbs.
