Washington Items -A private letter from Washington notices the presence of H. Parker, and says that he has been endeavoring to have Moore removed from the Walla Walla Post-office and Andrews appointed in his place. Parker himself aspires to the Marshalship, but the appointment of Ritz had taken all the wind out of his sails. The writer thinks that considering Parker's previous relations with Ritz, the attempt to supplant him is unkind. The chances are that no changes will be made until the arrival of the Delegate, when it is thought that quite a number of heads will roll in the basket.
