Sues for Damages.

A dispatch from Madison under date of Jan. 24, says:

Summons in damage suit brought by Mrs. Mary Lynch, who was injured in the aeroplane accident at the state fair last September, were served on the members of the board of agriculture to-day. The amount asked is $25.000. It is also understood that Mrs. Lynch will commence suit in the United States courts against Wright Bros., who owned the machine piloted by the late Arch Hoxev. and which figured in the accident. It is also stated that Mrs. Lynch's suit is only the first to be filed by victims of the mishap.

Mrs. Lynch is the wife of John Lynch formerly of Mineral Point.
