We are extremely happy to learn, from an official publication of the Board of Health, of New-York, that, in their opinion, every reasonable cause of danger from malignant fever had, on the 25th October, ceased ; and that the citizens might return to their respective homes with every probability of perfect safety. We are told, that since, the cessation of the fever business has been unusually brisk in Philadelphia and New-York. The Mayor of Baltimore has annulled the order for interrupting the intercourse between New- York and Philadelphia.
