The last Letters from Saxony advise, that the King of Prussia having received a Train of Battering Cannon from Magdebourg, would soon be in Action: Mean While his Majesty has desired all his Generals to draw up each, separately, a Plan of Operations for the ensuing Campaign; in which are to be comprehended all the Designs which the Enemy may be supposed to form, the Force employed in the Execution of each, and the present position of his Armies. By this Means, his Majesty will be enabled to judge of each Man's Abilities, and what Command he is fit for; and will avail himself of what is good in each Plan.
