WASHINGTON CITY
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1802.

After the almost exclusive devotion of our columns to Congressional proceedings, we are sure our readers will think the room we have appropriated to-day to foreign articles not misapplied. We have received a regular file of the London Courier from the middle of November to the 5th of December, which appears to be the only connected file received on the Continent; from which our interesting extracts are taken. No business of great importance was transacted in the House of Representatives on Monday and Tuesday. We shall give the minutes in our next paper.
