Venice, July 12.

On the 10th inst. the French troops commanded by Gen. Seras, were embarked; and the same evening the flotilla composed of forty small transports, under the convoy of one corvette, two brigantines, and one frigate, set sail under the French Italian flag. The number of men on board is more than 5000, who will be disembarked in Dalmatia, in order to reinforce the army there. In the room of the division of Seras, there will arrive in Istria two regiments from Frioul, forming part of the army commanded by Gen. Marmont.
