JERUSALEM (AP) Thirty traveling exhibitions sent out simultaneously by the Bezalel Museum are acquainting thousands of people in Palestine with all kinds of art from stone-age drawings to the latest modern paintings.
About 60,000 classified reproductions are used in the traveling exhibitions, each framed, with a complete explanation of the work in Hebrew. Some of the originals were donated by Jewish immigrants from Nazi Germany, who were able to save them from confiscation.
