Full Text

Sept. 14. 'Tis now whispered in some places, where court news is generally canvassed over, that the Queen of Denmark will not come to England, but return again to Copenhagen: The monarch, her husband, has signified several times in his own dominions, and also given it to be understood here that a reunion would be very agreeable to him, and it is certain it will be perfectly so to the majority of his subjects. Whether our King, her brother, will acquiesce in such a measure, is what is most doubted ; yet, if the frequent visits of Baron Dieden to St. James's, of late denote any thing particular, we may pronounce that the Queen Matilda will be restored to her former dignity.
