150 To Be Guests Of Attorney Bird Tomorrow

Judges and attorneys from all parts of Arizona numbering about 150 are expected here tomorrow for the celebration marking Duane Bird's 25th anniversary as an attorney, his law partner, Thomas L. Hall, said yesterday.

The festivities will start at 6 p.m. when Superior Court Judge Gordon Farley opens court to officially accept enlarged, framed photographs of the three deceased judges of the court that will be presented by Mr. Bird as a part of the anniversary program.

The deceased judges are M. Marsteller, W. A. O'Connor and Charles L. Hardy.

During the court house ceremony, which will be open to the public, talks will be made by Former Judge Elmo Bollinger of Mohave county, now county attorney of that county: (Turn to Page Six)
