From Vienna, It's now certain that the Duke of Lorraine will command the Army in Chief in Hungary. His Royal Highness will set out with Prince Charles his Brother, the latter End of May, against which Time great Diligence will be used to prepare their Equipages. The Army will assemble about the Middle of May at Vandalanca, on the other Side of Belgrade, and the Foreign Troops and others at a Distance, which are to reinforce it, have Orders to hasten their March. The Imperial Court has enter'd into a Contract with certain Persons, who have engaged to advance Three Millions and a Half to the Public Chest; and as now the War with the Turks is inevitable, there is a Talk of raising still greater Sums. It's said, that several Foreign Princes are expected at the Army in Hungary, to act as Volunteers.
