City Intelligence.

Reported for the New-York Tribune.

Court of Special Sessions.—Friday—Before Judge Noah and Aldermen Lee and Pollock.

Mathew Conlan, boy, was tried for stealing six dollars money from the drawer of Ellen O'Conner: found guilty, and sent to the House of Refuge.

Edward Patten, boy, stealing $1 50 from the money-drawer of John Ross: guilty—sent to the House of Refuge.

Roxannah Williams, black girl, stealing two gold rings and three half dollars from Joseph Williams: guilty—sent to the House of Refuge.

Hannah M. Smith, stealing a shirt, sheet and umbrella from the yard of W. D. Sloan: guilty—Penitentiary 80 days.

Mary Ann Cuyler, stealing a cloth cloak from Stephen M. Vail: guilty—Penitentiary 60 days.

Mary Ann Dougherty, stealing $14 worth of wearing apparel from Susan Hughes: guilty—Penitentiary 30 days.

Mathew Galway, stealing a pair of boots from Henry Newell: guilty—Penitentiary 60 days.

Catherine Murphy, stealing a small chair from George W. Dawson: guilty—Penitentiary 30 days.

$10 from David A. Lyons by a burning process; guilty—
James Hacket and Waldo
Penitentiary 6 months each.

William Handley, colored, assault and battery on Ann Henson: guilty—Penitentiary 60 days.

Peter Vance, black, assault and battery on John Ferer: guilty—City Prison 15 days.

Bartly Friel, assault and battery on Rachel Graham: acquitted.

Ferdinand Gray, Amelia Ann Fobbs, Mary Richardson and Michael Fisher were severally discharged for want of witnesses to prosecute.

John Fisher was brought up on a charge of disorderly conduct, on account of which his wife and child were turned out into the streets by the landlord. Judge Noah discharged the prisoner, and gave his wife a $5 bill to aid their necessities, and the poor woman, after a liberal bestowment of thanks, left the Court with her husband to find a more hospitable roof than that she had been ejected from.
