(Too late for last week.)
People are getting along slowly picking their cotton as there has been so much bad weather.
Will Roach and family visited Gola Jackson and wife over the week end.
John Waldron and wife were guests of her parents Sunday.
Witt Waddle and family were visiting at the home of W. L. Jackson Saturday night.
John Roach and family were Sunday visitors at the home of Ellis Bridges and family.
Gola Jackson and wife have moved on Nat Stubblefield's place for another year.
Ellis Bridges and son, Sam, took a couple of loads of bolls to town one day last week.
Several from this place attended the Ary sale Saturday.
We highly appreciate Mr. Craven's article in the paper. Come again, Mr. Craven.
Taken Up One span mules, one black and one bay: black mule has swollen hock: collar marks on shoulders and top of neck. Think mules formerly belonged to Preacher Cowen. Owner may have mules by calling at my place, at Black's Ferry. M. F. Boyd.
