Great Northern Officials In Town

General Manager P. P. Shelby and Superintendent A. L. Horner, of the Great Northern coast lines, arrived in town yesterday and will return today.

The object of their visit is to look over the company's interests in this city.

Messrs. Shelby and Horner are genial and affable gentlemen, who have many friends in Fairhaven, and, unlike the preceding management, their manner is calculated to make rather than to repel the friendship of patrons and employees of the line. They were entertained last evening by Governor and Mrs. Black.
